We take your plan set, measure the materials off it ourselves, and buy them direct from the plants, mills and factories that make them. You get one delivered number per trade, and you pay into escrow — not to us.
Three steps, and the only one you do is the first.
A permit set, a bid set, or a quantity list you already have. Any size, any number of sheets.
We do the takeoff, split it by trade, and put the list in front of the people who actually manufacture it — not a distributor.
Priced per trade, delivered to your site, with the ship window. Paid into a US escrow that releases to the supplier on delivery.
Thirty-nine trades, foundation to roof, bought from origin manufacturers. These are the trades we hold a supply route for — not a shelf of stock, a route to the people who make it.
…and 27 more trades, including masonry, waterproofing, glass and glazing, plumbing fixtures, electrical gear, HVAC equipment, lighting, appliances and conveyance.
We are the seller. The maker sells the material to us, we sell it to you delivered — and your money never sits in our account on the way.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| You get one number | Delivered to your site, per trade, with the ship window and the date the price expires. |
| You fund the escrow | A US-based escrow account. Not our account — you never pay us directly. |
| We buy and ship | We place the order with the manufacturer and pay them out of that account, on instruction to the escrow. |
| It lands, they are paid | The escrow releases on delivery, and takes its own fee for holding it. Nobody is paid for material that has not arrived. |
You are buying materials from us the way you buy from any supplier. What we quote is what you pay: delivered, to your site, in your ship window. Nothing is bolted on afterwards and nothing moves between the quote and the invoice.
What we pay the maker is our business, the same way what your current supplier pays is theirs. What matters to you is whether our delivered number beats the one you already have — and you are the only person who knows that number.
Manufacturers publish specifications. They do not publish prices, because a price depends on the quantity, the lengths, the ship window and the market that week. Anybody showing you a materials price before they have seen your quantities is showing you a guess.
So we keep no price list. Send the quantities, and we come back with a delivered number that holds for a stated window, with the expiry printed on it.
The usual arrangement has your sub buying the material and marking it up inside a lump sum where you cannot see it. Here you buy the material and your sub is paid openly for receiving it, staging it, chasing shorts and holding the warranty — work he does either way and now gets paid for as work.
That is not a line on our invoice. It belongs on the labour side of his contract with you, at whatever you two agree. We will suggest a number if you want one; we do not set it and it does not come to us.
If we already hold a live price for what you need, you do not have to wait for a quote. Put the quantities in, and if it is priced you can place it straight away.
Nothing is charged here. You will get a payment link to a US-based escrow account, and the money only moves to the manufacturer once the material has landed on your site.
