We buy building materials. The money is there before you start.

Titan Construction IQ counts the material off a builder’s drawings — every trade on the job — buys it direct, and delivers it to site. If you make or distribute building materials of any kind, you are who we buy from, and the terms below are the whole reason to take the call.

The money is deposited before you make anything.

Every order is funded into Escrow.com by the builder before we place it with you. You are not extending us credit, there is no application, and there are no terms to approve. You ship against money that already exists and you are paid on delivery — not sixty days after it. See exactly where the money sits at each step.

How it works, from your side

  1. We send you a material list Priceable lines: size, grade and count. Not a request for a budget number.
  2. You send back a price Your sheet, your format, or ours — whichever is less work. Upload what you have and we read it for you. FOB or delivered, tell us which.
  3. The builder funds the escrow Before we place anything with you. You can see the funds are there.
  4. You ship against a purchase order With a delivery schedule that says what goes on each delivery, because nobody can ship a date.
  5. You are paid on delivery Released from escrow. No chasing, no ageing, no credit department.
